What is the Banqueting House?
The Banqueting House is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to providing basic necessities, essential hygiene items, emergency food assistance, and financial literacy and budgeting classes. Our mission is to support individuals who have been displaced from their homes, those experiencing a season of scarcity, and those in need of a hand-up—not simply a handout. We recognize that some people just need a helping hand during the low and difficult seasons of life.
Additionally, we assist individuals who are between jobs or experiencing sudden changes in their household dynamics. While our services primarily support residents of Butler County, we also welcome those from Hamilton County, as there is a greater availability of resources and pantries in Hamilton County, whereas Butler County faces a significant shortage of such programs.
The Banqueting House was officially established at the end of last year, and we received our 501(c)(3) status just a few months ago. However, we have been providing these same services for years through our church, Banner of Love Church in West Chester, Ohio. Our desire is to meet the needs of the community and our church members, aligning with God’s heart—ensuring that all needs are met, not just spiritually, but physically as well.
We envision The Banqueting House expanding far beyond our immediate community. We believe God’s plan is for this organization to grow into a hub that serves tens of thousands, offering hope, support, and tangible resources to those in need
